1) If within 30 days of entering into a contract with Great Oak Roofing LLC, you find a company that offers similar products, warranty, and installation service, we will match the price and give you a $100 additional discount for your inconvenience.
2) If, within 30 days of your installation date, you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the quality of the product and/or installation, Great Oak Roofing will first work to fix the issue, but if not resolved, Great Oak Roofing with allow you to return your products for a full refund.
